1. Introduction

Welcome to Lumivox Design. By browsing this website or working with me, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, kindly exit stage left.

2. Services Provided

I offer web design, branding, consulting, and digital marketing solutions. Each project will be governed by a separate contract or proposal that outlines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, copy, and code created by Lumivox Design remain my property until full payment is received. After that, you own the final product — not the raw files (unless we agreed otherwise).

Don’t resell, replicate, or claim my work as your own without prior agreement.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to begin work.
The remaining balance is due before handover or launch.
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week.
If you ghost me for 30+ days, your project may be paused or archived.

5. Revisions & Scope

You’ll get a set number of revisions per deliverable (outlined in your proposal). Extra revisions or major changes = extra cost. Scope creep will be identified and addressed before it snowballs.

6. Timelines

I aim to stick to agreed timelines, but delays happen — especially if I’m waiting on content, feedback, or payments. You'll be kept updated, and I'll expect the same courtesy from you.

7. Refund Policy

I don’t offer refunds once a project has started. If we part ways early, you’ll be invoiced for any work completed to date. Fair’s fair.

8. Liability

I’m not liable for losses due to site downtime, plugin conflicts, changes in platform terms, or the ghost in the Google algorithm machine. Use my services at your own discretion and test everything post-launch.

9. Third-Party Tools

I may use external tools (e.g., hosting platforms, design software, plugins). I’m not responsible for their terms, policies, or sudden mood swings.

10. Privacy & Data

All personal data is handled per my Privacy Policy and GDPR guidelines. If I process data on your behalf, we’ll sign a DPA (see below).

11. Termination

Either party can terminate our working relationship with written notice. Any unpaid work will be invoiced, and any incomplete assets will remain with me until payment is made.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal issues will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
